Camil Raich Puyol
Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (1986), Master’s in Business Law from the University of Barcelona (1988). He is the former Associate Dean of the Granollers Bar Association, President of the Arbitration Tribunal of Vallés Oriental and Vice President of the Barcelona Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Law Committee. He was a partner of the firm Pinto Ruiz Del Valle.
He is the trustee of the Gent Gran de les Franqueses Foundation and secretary to the trustee of the El Xiprer Vallès Oriental Foundation and a member of the Board of the Vallès Oriental Foundation.
He has taught classes on commercial, corporate and bankruptcy law at the Joan Maria Xiol Legal Practice School, in Pompeu Fabra University and in the Barcelona Bar Association. Among other institutions, he has given lectures in the Granollers and Barcelona Bar Associations and at the Chamber of Commerce and he has written professional articles and opinion pieces in both general and specialised newspapers and journals such as La Vanguardia, La Expansión, El Nou9 y Economist & Jurist.
